> net positive ventures GmbH is a holding company for AI strategy consulting and societal engagement based in Hannover, Germany. Founded by Björn Waide, it combines business success with positive impact on society and the environment.

net positive ventures stands for technological progress with a net-positive impact on environment and society. The name is inspired by Paul Polman's concept of net positivity — a company that gives more than it takes.

The holding unites two brands: MillionBrains (https://millionbrains.de) makes AI tangible and affordable for the German mid-market — from strategy consulting and workshops to scalable prototypes. MillionHearts (https://millionhearts.de) is the pro-bono initiative financing projects for democracy and education, including VoteEU.org and MeineDebatte.de.

Founder and CEO Björn Waide is a strategist and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in digital product development, organizational transformation, and leadership. Former CEO of smartsteuer (9 years) and Connox, CPO at ETL AG, product roles at XING. Business angel, mentor, and host of the #ErfolgsgeDANKE podcast. More at https://www.waide.de.
